Shipping & Delivery
At Level 10, we treat every order with the same care and precision. From the moment you place your order, your hair is inspected, prepared, and packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Times
All in-stock orders are processed within 24 hours.
Custom colour or made-to-order items may take 5–10 business days for preparation before shipping.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Options
We currently only offer Domestic shipping through the website. Contact us for international shipping options.
Australia Post Express – 1–3 business days (metro areas)
Australia Post Standard – 3–7 business days
Tracking details will be sent to you via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Delivery Notes
We have opted to not require signature on delivery. We know how frustrating it is when you miss a parcel you need! If you would prefer to opt in for a signature on delivery please let us know when you checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather).
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Packaging
Every order is packed in Level 10’s signature packaging to protect your hair during transit. We recommend keeping your extensions in the original packaging when not in use to maintain their quality.
Same Day Urgent Orders
If there is one thing we understand, it's a hair emergency! We do offer pick up of any in-stock extensions at our Brisbane studio if you find yourself in a bit of a pickle. Contact us directly to organise.
