Hair Extensions

Change of Mind & Colour Match

We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect colour match as long as:

The hair is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned hair, we can organise a refund or exchange.

Other Products

For tools, accessories, and non-hair products:

Items must be unused and in original, saleable condition.

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a quality issue—whether before or after install—please contact us immediately.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the product to our email address info@level10hairextensions.com

Our team will assess the issue and work with you to organise a solution, which may include replacement hair, an exchange, or a refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@level10hairextensions.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

Once approved, we will send you return instructions.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval.
